These livestream classes, like all of mine, will be well researched and prepared, based on ancient yogic texts and the latest quantum science, each with a distinct theme. During each class I’ll do my best to say not only what each exercise is, but what it does, how it works.

I’m offering these classes as a series because it is administratively cost prohibitive to offer them individually. This way, I can keep the cost low – about $13.00 a class after PayPal fees.

I know people often cannot attend the classes live, and a few of the classes are in the holiday period, so each participant will have unlimited access to the recording for 13 days. To register, click below and at least by the day before I’ll send a description and the link for each class.
